We went to play with some friends at the Stadtpark playground last week. We couldn’t go home without visiting the pond to see the ducks. The kids were sad that there was no bread to feed the ducks, so they fished some sunflower seeds out of their trail mix to feed to the ducks.
James was so funny. He was super excited to wave to the ducks and talk to the ducks.
Did I mention how grateful I am that James did not fall in the pond? He likes to get really close to the birds.
Marion loves the little waterfall and insisted that we stay and look at the water before leaving the park. I love coming here. The kids enjoy playing near the water, seeing the birds, climbing some of the trees, and enjoying the scenery. I’m glad we got to stop by the pond for a little while before heading home for the evening, even if it meant that dinner was a little later than normal.
