We love the restaurant Plachutta. Their main dish they serve is called Tafelspitz – it is a boiled beef and it is amazing. We told the kids we were taking them to a fancy restaurant that served Emperor Franz Josef’s favorite dish. They said they would try everything and behave nicely, so we checked it out. Success! The kids loved the soup broth that is served with the boiled beef, they loved the beef, loved the potatoes, loved the bread, and all talked about how amazing it was. Yay! There is hope for our kids to grow up with good taste in food!
We love the pans and the labels they put on the beautiful copper pans. It was nice to take the kids out for a new food experience, and even more nice that the kids enjoyed it and were excited to have a chance to eat something that the Emperor enjoyed.
