We went to Uncle David’s house for dinner on Oliver’s birthday (Valentine’s Day). Oliver got some fun cupcakes. He was really excited to celebrate his birthday again.
Look at that adorable little boy! When did he get so big?
He got a little ring off his cupcake, a whole lot of frosting, and really hyped up with birthday excitement.
David even broke out the chocolate ammo for the occasion.
Oliver got legos from Uncle David and he was SO excited. He told us it was the best lego ever, just what he wanted, and he never needs another lego set ever again.
James thought he needed to blow on his cupcake too.
Since Grampy’s birthday was coming up in a couple weeks, David and Chris got him a little gift.
Oliver needed to begin building right away. Marion loves to watch her big brother build legos.
That is one happy little birthday boy. Thanks Uncle David!
David took the other kids outside to see the dog. James loves to look at dogs (from the safety of someone’s lap!) The kids all had a great time.
Oliver is our little lego builder who often disappears for hours when working on his latest creation. When he comes down he is full of stories to tell about his creations, he is always running, singing, driving, building, dancing, marching, playing! He loves snow, skiing, sledding, and snow ball fights. He is so full of joy and brings a lot of happiness and music to our home. He loves his violin (especially when playing whatever HE wants, instead of doing his violin homework), and he LOVES learning to read. He often brings me his reading lesson book and asks to have a lesson. Every night he asks if he can read me a story and then asks me to sing him a lullaby, especially Silent Night or Angels We Have Heard on High. I am so greatful for this energetic little boy. Happy Birthday Oliver! Our special little dude.
