Our new favorite thing to make is profiteroles. They are like cream puffs, only smaller. And very yummy. As it turns out, they are super easy to make – so we have been making them a lot in the past couple months.
Here is the new oven at work – it has a smaller upper oven and a larger bottom oven. And I completely love it.
