The beach right in front of the condo has sea turtles that come to it. We headed down to the beach for a walk one morning and there were sea turtles hanging out in the cove, coming really close to shore. I was so sad that I was not in a swim suit with goggles! I could have gotten some great pictures. The kids had a great time running in and out of the water while they checked out the turtles though.
There is the turtle! This is the best picture I got of sea turtles on this trip even though I saw them multiple times. There were three in the cove this morning.
Marion loves this rock because there are snail shells stuck to it. She calls it her snail rock and loves to sit on it and play on it and bring presents for the snails.
We started out trying to keep the kids clothes dry, but I gave up. Here they are hanging on to Nana as they tried to get close to the turtles. We had a great time! Next time, swimsuits for everyone even if we are only planning to go on a walk!
