The kids love to ski with Daddy. Here are some picks from when Oliver was sick so Elora got to go out with Dad on the slopes all by herself! They found some new secret spy ski runs and had a great time together. I took these pictures from our balcony. All the kids love skiing over this bridge.
On the chairlift!
Here is our sweet little skier Elora, sporting her walkie talkie headset that we use so we can talk to the kids while they ski. It is always interesting to listen to their conversations from the walkie talkie in the apartment. “Go left! No, left!” “Can we ski on the Dunes?” “Yay, the Dunes!” “Let’s go find the secret spy way!” “Ski under the chairlift. No, the other way! Can you hear me?” “Wait for the beep before you start talking, otherwise I can’t hear you.” “Weee!”
Elora skied for a long time, and when she got back to the apartment she flopped on the ground and waited for Chris to come pick her up. Funny girl. She would do this whether she was tired or not though, she loves laying in the snow.
Two of my favorite skiers! I am so happy we have spent a lot of time on the mountain this year. The kids LOVE it, and it is so fun for them to spend a lot of time with their dad when he isn’t traveling.
