I told Sharon (who “likes chocolate!”) about Lulu’s after I tried it with my friends and since it’s close to her house she said we should meet there for brunch. Sharon babysits two babies, so got to bring her “work” with her.
As it turns out, not that many kids must go to Lulu’s because we used every single high chair they had.
We ordered the kids crepes. They are a favorite of Oliver’s, as he calls them “roll pancakes with sugar”.
Elora loved them too. We make these a lot at home, and they are always a top request for breakfast so it was a real treat to get them at a restaurant.
Sharon, (who “likes chocolate!”) ordered a crepe with nutella, chocolate syrup and bananas. It was really good.
This is a common scene in our house after eating pancakes, and it was no different at the restaurant. No use letting all that good sugar go to waste! This is now one of our favorite places to go since the kids love to eat there.
Elora really liked the fancy restaurant with the pretty chair and the picture of Paris. She doesn’t remember that we took her there as a tiny baby, but she says she wants to go back some day.
